Protect Pharmacy Access for Tennessee Families

Tennessee families count on nearby pharmacies, but SB 2040 and HB 1959 could turn close to home into across town, slowing down the quick pickups they rely on. Families need nearby options they can count on so they can get what they need, when they need it.

During the moments families can’t plan for, like a late-night fevers, the limited time between work, school pickup, practice, dinner, and bedtime, a quick stop has to stay quick.

If fewer locations are available, families could face longer drives, longer waits, and harder choices about when and how they can get the medications they need. Open late and more than one nearby option shouldn't be luxuries, they’re part of how families keep life moving when health can’t wait.
